Shipping and Order Cancellation
Shipping:
At Rampí Cycling, we understand the importance of receiving your products quickly and securely. We offer shipping across Spain, including the Balearic and Canary Islands, as well as to select countries within the European Union. We partner with trusted shipping companies to ensure that products reach their destinations in optimal condition and within the stated timeframes.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the recipient's location, the type of product purchased, and the season. For shipments within mainland Spain, the estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days. For the Balearic Islands, delivery may take between 5 and 10 business days, while for the Canary Islands, it may vary depending on customs clearance. International shipments may require additional time depending on the customs conditions of each country.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process and depend on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination. During certain special promotions, we may offer free shipping for orders that exceed a specific amount or for certain products. These promotions are clearly displayed on the homepage and will automatically apply when the conditions are met.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details, and once your order has been processed, we will provide a tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s platform.
Order Cancellation:
At Rampí Cycling, we understand that last-minute changes or unexpected events may occur. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within the first 24 hours after placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service via our contact form or email and include your order number and reason for the cancellation.
Once the shipment has been processed and the order has left our facilities, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you will need to wait to receive the product and proceed with a return, following the procedure outlined in the “Return and Refund” section of this policy. Returns are subject to our returns and refunds policy, which ensures a fair and clear return process for all customers.
