Return and Refund


Return:

At Rampí Cycling, we are committed to offering high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To return a product, please ensure it meets the following requirements:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when received, meaning unused and without visible damage.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, accessories, and other accompanying components.
  • Certain products, such as custom bicycles or items purchased on special offer, may be subject to return restrictions. Please check the product details or contact our customer service team if you have any questions.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via the form or email and provide your order number, reason for the return, and, if possible, attach images of the product to help facilitate the validation process.

Refund:

Once we have received the product and completed the inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the return meets our requirements, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If the return does not meet the requirements, we will inform you of the reasons and provide you with the option to retrieve the product. In this case, the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. If you have any questions about the status of your refund, please check your bank account or contact customer service.
